Good rumors from the Destination Playstation conference. Per some sources at the retailer show, alongside the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue launch on April 15th will be a redesign of the Playstation Store.

Harmonix is keeping its promise of weekly downloadable song updates for Rock Band. This week turns up the intensity from last week’s DLC update. Iron Maiden’s Number of the Beast is just a cover, but The Hives’ Die, All Right! and Stone Temple Pilot’s Interstate Love Song are the real thing.

New to the Playstation Store but old to Xbox LIVE members (the ones who could get online last week, anyway) is a fresh batch of downloadable content. This DLC update is light on the visuals and heavy on the listening. Prepare to be meh’d unless you’re a Rock Band or Guitar Hero III fan.
