It’s about time too. I’m all over some more playable dinosaur fighting action – but it will be nice to know if standing in a very short line (in about a week, man this demo is late!) for this game will be worth my $50. If not I’ll wait three days and pick it up at GameStop.

Thanks to someone for making this available in the US – but why did we need to wait? Download is 1.17 GB and Turok drops on 2/5/2008.

Xbox 360 gets the free Turok downloadable game demo today. This sequel of the classic series is a big 1.17 GB download (these things are starting to make me wish I bought the bigger drive for my 360). It’s available in Europe. Australia too. And Asia. Not for you though.

Major Nelson posted the availability. No comment from him on why it’s not available in the US, Canada, and similar places with heavy Xbox 360 ownership.
