First Goldeneye video leak, Release still Canceled
    Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

Now that the Xbox Live version of Goldeneye has been halted the first leak in the wall of secrecy is above. Maybe some developer or laid-off game tester is ticked off that their work will never go live - maybe some fanboy just wants to screw with all of us. Regardless, we’re posting […]

    Jumper Trailer
    Thursday, January 17th, 2008

The only thing I hate worse than movies based on video games, are video games based on movies.
So, I was a little freaked out by how excited I was by the trailer for Jumper, the game based on the movie and the teenybopper novel by Stephen Gould. I mean… if done right this game […]

Hi Kyle, sorry to shoot the messenger but we’re tired of hearing about delays.
Sony apologizes, via some poor guy named Kyle, for more LittleBigPlanet delays. First it was late 2007, then spring 2008. Sony still hasn’t spilled the beans on an official target date, but rumors now say September’ish 2008. Take some small […]

    Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

    Come get some!
“Sources” report that the release of Duke Nukem 3D as an Xbox LIVE Arcade title may happen soon. From where I sit it can’t happen soon enough, but I’ll settle for a few more months. With the multiplayer upgrades it should be a blast:
And best of all, it’ll feature a four-player online cooperative […]

The Guitar Hero Air Guitar Rocker reduces the monster hit games axe controller to a gawdy belt buckle. Players can frantically flick and fiddle with it, all the while looking vaguely like theyre well you know.

Harmonix is keeping its promise of weekly downloadable song updates for Rock Band. This week turns up the intensity from last week’s DLC update. Iron Maiden’s Number of the Beast is just a cover, but The Hives’ Die, All Right! and Stone Temple Pilot’s Interstate Love Song are the real thing.

    Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

Normally it’s Japan or Korea, but with the Xbox 360 underselling, well, … everything else there, it’s Great Britain getting the cool toy first. Microsoft announced at CES that the Xbox 360 is adding IPTV support. The only carrier to support it at launch is British Telecom - only in Britain of course. If you […]

    Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

The NCAA Football season ended with LSU making Ohio State look like a bunch of noobs in the BCS Bowl last night. It turns out they had a secret weapon from EA Sports. Based on EA’s NCAA Football 08 game the PlayAction Simulator helped Matt Flynn and Ryan Perrilloux, LSU’s quarterbacks, to read the Ohio […]

Buried in the news: The PS2s, the most popular video game console of all time, sold 1.3 […]

Call Activision at (866) 780-8286 during their lame call center hours to pre-register for a replacement disc.

    Friday, January 4th, 2008

Second Life has had recurring asset issues and server outages since this Wednesday’s update. The “asset cluster” needs to be expanded to resolve the issues. Unfortunately the issues will probably continue for a whole week, since the restart and downtime Linden Labs has scheduled aren’t until next Wednesday.
If you’re compulsive enough to be playing […]
